register accounts

How do I allow users of my website to register their personal accounts, and
access them and customize their account? I'm creating a video games website,
so things like my games and my pictures, of which some are viewable by other
users? This may sound rather complicated, but i'm hoping that I can do it!

This will require programming. No way around that, I'm afraid.

You may want to look at using a community portal / content management system
(CMS) such as www.phpnuke.org, instead of trying to do this in FrontPage.
