Register Outlook 2002 from another PC

I bought hp iPAQ Pocket PC h1900 which comes with
companion CD which includes MS Outlook 2002. I first
installed the Outlook in my personal laptop at home.
After a few days I removed the program from my personal
laptop and installed it on my other laptop which I use
for business. But now I can't register Outlook as the
message is telling me it is already registered in another
computer, which is not true anymore.

How can I get my outlook registered on the other PC?
Please help.

You will need to call Microsoft to perform the activation (note: not registration), informing them that you have removed the software from the machine where it was originally activated.
