Registering a new OLE server

I want to change the image in an OLEunbound object frame on a form. However
Access 2003 gives me an error message: "The OLE server isn't registered." I
can't even delete the object or the image. The software that created the
image is no longer installed on the computer and is not compatible with
Windows XP. So a couple of questions.
1) How do I delete the object frame or the image?
2) How do I register an OLE server?
3) How would I change The OLE class on an existing object frame?

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
