registering an already registered program to new computer.

I'm trying to put Microsoft Office 2007 on to my laptop but It is already
registered to my desktop. Can anyone tell me if there is a certain way to
uninstall (un-register) it so that I can register it to my laptop?

If it is a full retail version, the likelihood is that you can just install
on your laptop since most retail versions of 2007 will allow you to install
on a desktop AND a portable device for use of the SAME individual as long as
you aren't using it at exactly the same time. Check your License for details.

If it is an OEM version then it is only licensed to be on your desktop
computer and you can't install it on another computer.
