Registering COM Add-in for All Users in MS Project

A customer is deploying our COM Add-in on a Citrix system, using EPM2003.

The Com Add-in runs for the administrator, but the COM add-in does not
connect for any other users. They are running Project11.

We followed the instructions in this article:

How to configure an Office COM Add-In for all users on a system, and added
the following
Registry Key for Additional Addin Data

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\MS
Project\Addins\PULSEAddIn.PULSE

No joy. Does Project behave differently than the other Office applications
regarding add-ins? Any tips for what to try?

OK, I got this sorted out. Our add-in needed an extra registry key for each
user, related to the licensing. Project does work like the other Office
add-ins with regard to the COM add-in.
