I am switching from a desktop to a laptop and have lost
my registration code card for MS office. It is the
educational version of Office xp. I tried typing in the
number you find under help - about Word but it doesn't
work. Can anyone tell me were to look. My OS is Windows
XP. thank you very much

If you have the CD, call Microsoft at 1-800-936-5700 and
explain to the customer service rep that you lost the
Product ID.. they will assist you in getting a new one

the one in help is an encrypted version of your original
