When I first installed MS Office on my MacPro I had the company name being my actual company. I have since changed it to my family name. But every time any office product is started it had the company name that it was installed with. How can I change the company name?

Thanks.

I've tried that, and it didn't change the problem. I also notice that all other MS products come up with my old company info, and that there wasn't any user info off from the prefernce menu.

Licensing Information is what was furnished at the time the software was
installed. It is held separately from the "User Info" entered in the
Preferences... i.e., Company XYZ owns the license to a copy of the software
but Suzie is the current *user* on whose machine it was installed. However,
Suzie leaves the company, Tom takes over her workstation & changes the User
Info accordingly -- but the software is still *licensed* to Company XYZ.

If you go to:

http://entourage.mvps.org/version/license_version.html#reset

and follow the instructions for:

Resetting your Mac Office Registration number

I believe you'll also be prompted for the opportunity to make the change.

Check your contact in the Entourage Address Book. Also check your Account
info under Tools in the Menu bar.
