Registration database

I am looking to build anaccess database for use by our community baseball
league. Does anybody know where there might be a template for just such a
thing or perhaps an example I could get some ideas from?

I'm new to this so any help I can get would appreciated. Thanx

Have you searched the Microsoft website? I found a "membership database"
that might be a good starting point...
