From the print dialog,
Advanced Print Settings > Select Output from the "Separations Tab" > Select
Marks from "Page Settings" tab > (Interesting that composite RGB doesn't
allow anything other than crop marks)
Note that the page size you're outputting to must be larger than your
document size. (Duh) Check the properties on the printer as needed for
output page size.
