i am currently running microsoft XP home, with office XP installed...whenever
i click on word, it tries to open the installer and reinstall. it then says
it has a registry error and is missing a registry key, yet it then opens the
program. it asks me to enter my name and initials twice, then the program
will work. it was a minor annoyance, but now it wont save documents either.
if i try to uninstall, it says its missing a registry key, and it also says
its missing a key if i try to repair the installation. i think a registry
cleaner to remove all the registry keys associated with word, and a full
uninstal/reinstall would help. thanx
