registy key for IU install for 2007 help!!!!

I want to detect whether user has install Infrastructure Update for Project
2007 (KB951547).

I know how to check a registry key. I just want to know what is the registry
key for 2007 without IU installed and the key for 2007 with IU installed.

I don't immediately see anything on Microsoft's site about registry
changes, however there are details about file version changes for
the IU at:

The URL noted below gives specific information about versions for
when the IU is installed. Please check the lower portion of the
page. It appears as though reading the properties of WinProj.exe
file tell you whether the IU is installed or not.
