Reimporting a plan and loosing time

Paul Douglas

Project manager reimported a project plan. When the resource submitted a
timesheet the prior submitted time reported for that task disappeared on the
project and on the team members time sheet. Does anybody know why this would
happen and is there away to get his already reported time back?

The project manager should do the following:

1. Open the project in question
2. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
3. Select the "Overwrite actual work entered by resources" option
4. Click OK

Doing so will "push" the past actuals onto each user's timesheet in PWA.
