Reinstall error- "Insert XP SP1 CD"

I had to reimage a client's hard drive and now when I attempt to reinstall
Front Page 2000 I get prompted to insert the Windows XP SP1 CD. I do not have
a CD for this SP. SP1 is part of the customer's image. I have all of the
WIndows and Office updates applied. I have to cancel the installation and
then I get a message that Front Page was unable to access certain protected
Windows files. How can I work around this?
