reinstall hung up

I had a REinstall of OneNote hang up half way through the progress bar.
With many dutiful reboots it took 2 hours to get through the "roll back of
changes made by previous suspended install", and Repair of the Beta.

OneNote is ostensibly working again, now.
Don't remove the program on an idle whim.

Ah, yes, so he did. Well, this just reinforces the fact that one shouldn't
run beta software on an idle whim. ;-)
