In case of HW failure or PC change,how do you install and reactivate your
VISIO 2007. The current version are activated.

You would simply start the install process on the new computer and enter the
product key. If some reason the product key is not accepted you will need to
contact Microsoft for a new key. You cannot deactivate an existing install of
Visio 2007.
