Reinstall of Online Purchase of Microsoft Office Professional

I travel extensively for my employment and am on the road, living in motels
and hotels for approximately 340+ days per year.

Approximately two months ago, I purchased Microsoft Office Professional
through the online download and still have its product key.

Last month, my hard drive went to the heavens, and I lost everything.

Due to my travels, I did not purchase a back-up CD to be sent, for the
reasons of my inability to know where I'm going to be at any given time.

Yes, I did backup the software at the time of install and it does not work.

During the online download, and possibly due to issues of the hard drive - I
had numerous failures of the download, but was finally able to get it onto my
computer with several attempts and several different approaches.

I now have a new hard drive, backup disks that aren't working and a product
key.

How do I reinstall the Microsoft Office Professional program that I
purchased two months ago through the online process?

I had a problem with reinstalling German Language Pack and they sent me a
new download link, even though I had not paid for extended download. They
people are competent and answer email queries within one business day, in my
experience.
