Can I uninstall and reinstall Office 2000 Small Business
if I only have the upgrade CD's? The originals came on my
computer.

What do you mean? You had Office 2000 and you upgraded to Office 2000???

You had Office 97 then upgraded to Office 2000? If that is the case yes.
