reinstallation of office 2007

I have ms office 2007 installed on my old computer can I uninstall it and
reinstall it on the new computer.

It depends on which "Suite" you own.

If you have Office Basic which is only available pre-installed on OEM
computers then you cannot. Otherwise you can. You do of course have the
install media and Product Key...
