Reinstalling Access 2000 on New CPU

Access 2000 Upgrade refuses to recognize my Access 95
floppies as a legal old version when installing Access
2000 to a new CPU. I hate to reload old Access 95 just to
complete this reload. Any suggestions on an approach I
can take?
