reinstalling and reactivating Visio 2002

I am working with a user who installed Visio 2002 on a
computer. That computer has now been replaced. Visio 2002
and been installed on the new computer but it needs to be
activated. When the activation wizard is run and I try to
activate it via the internet I get a message that the
software ha already been activated. What do I need to do
to deactivate this and reactivate for the new computer.

Call Microsoft at the support number they list on the activation screen.
They can handle this scenario for you.
