reinstalling Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition

I have the above software which allows me to install it on up to 3 home PC's.
It is currently installed on two mechines, my son's desktop, and my own
laptop. I have just ordered a new laptop, and when it arrives, I will get rid
off my current laptop AFTER removing the Office installation.

Am I allowed to install the software on my new laptop? Assuming I am, would
the installation on my new laptop be considered as a third/final
installation? If for example I was to have a problem with the third
installation, does it mean I am not able to re-install it again?

No..

It does not mean that you can only run the install three times. It means
that you can only have it on three devices. So if you had to reinstall
windows, or switch machines or whatever that is fine. It has to do with how
many devices it is on, not howmany times it has been installed.

I need help i have a License for Microsoft Office Student & Teacher
Edition 2003 but my CD is not working so i wanted to download it
online but can't find a link to download from can you help? Thank you
