reinstalling office student and teacher edition due to new hard drive

I bought student and teacher edition and installed it on
my computer previously. It allows you to install it on 3
computers. We've installed it on 2 computers and today I
needed to replace my hard drive on my computer. Does
anyone know if when i reinstall it again on my computer i
will be forced to have to use the 3rd installation?
