Reinstalling Office

My computer crashed and it does not start, I will need to get it repaired and
it might be broken beyond repair depending on the damage to the hardrive. I
had Office Home and Student 2007 installed on that computer. I need to
reinstall it onto a new computer. How do I do this?

By using the dvd/cd?
I assume it was'nt supplied with the old PC as prinstalled
PS If the drive has failed, usually it would simply be replaced
