Reinstalling on 2nd PC from Same CD

I have Outlook 2002 on a CD from my Smartphone Install Kit, and will be using
it as a PIM (no e-mail). While installing, it warned that Outlook will only
be able to be installed on one computer.

I plan to buy another PC w/in 6 mos. Will I have problems using the same
install CD on the new computer?

If supplied with your PDA then probably not, but the EULA should tell you as
to whether its only licenced for the initial install on the first PC
ie similar to OEM software which is licensed only to the first PC its
installed on
