!!! Reinstalling Project Server !!!!

I am trying to reinstall Project server and everytime I
do is says I do not have sufficient privledges to
start "W3SVC" service. How do I get this fixed. I am
logged directly into the server as the Domain Admin.

Any Help Thanks

Add your account to the local administrator's group. Yes I know it's a
domain admin, but add it anyway and try again.

This system is a ADS box so how do I add to local? I
don't remeber having to do this on the original install.

Any Help

Well that's another tidbit of information! Don't install on a domain
controller.

Still will not work. Is there something else you could
reccommed prior to me reloading the system?

I think I posted to the wrong place. I have done this
and stil it does not work. Any suggestions before I
reload the entire system?
