Reintroduce 'Item' under the Insert menu in Outlook2003

In OL 2003 it’s no longer possible to Insert an Item (e.g. mail, calendar
content etc) with a mail. The insert meny does not have ‘Item’ any more.
Since this was a very useful feature, it is a pity this option has been
removed in OL2003.

It wasn't removed. Just moved.
Look at the dropdown next to the paper clip icon.
