The 421 error code means that the outgoing server that you're trying to send
through has been shut down and is no longer responding. Check that the name
of the outgoing server in your account is correct. If it is, contact your
ISP and ask them whether there's a problem with their servers (apparently
cox.net is currently having problems, according to some other posts).
