Rejected Safe Mode Item

I am trying to automate mail reading using a service which invokes the
outlook for a profile.
I works well for outlook 2000 but fails when i want to use for outlook 2003.
"Rejected Safe Mode Item" when the service tries to login.
Any help in this context would be great

See whether this application/service has a version that works with OL2003
and the Outlook security model.
