Rejected Time in Limbo

All,

We have a situation where the PM rejects a task update or new
assignment request for a vaild reason. The TM corrects the entry and
clicks the "update all" button.

No update ever comes back to the PMs update page for processing!

It seems as if this "corrected" time is now "in limbo" somewhere in
the system and we can get it processed.

Wondering if anyone else has seen this and if there is a solution /
work around?
