You can try placing it on your server.
Then your URL should be
http://<name>/projectserver/test.htm

Yeah, you're right about that, but my problem is that I want to avoid to
hardcode exactly where my files are placed.
E.g. if my path changes, I will have to modify a LOT of files - and that
will be a waste of time if I instead can point to a relative path as you can
with normal HTML-pages...

Maybe this isn't possible?
