This isn't an Outlook problem, it's a mail provider
problem. Your mail server does not allow you to relay
mail. Let's say your provider is ABC and you want to be
able to send/receive e-mail at home for work. Your work
provider is XYZ, well ABC won't send any messages that
come from your XYZ account. So if you're at home trying
to send work e-mail from home, your home internet
provider will not let you send e-mail from any address
that isn't their account. I can receive my work e-mail at
home, but I can't send any. Hope this made sense.
