I am going to get a new computer as soon as Windows 7 comes out. I have
Office 2007 Home and Student installed on this machine.

Is there going to be a problem instaling it on a new machine using the same
disk? I have installed it on 3 (three other machines.

If you are inferring that you actually have it installed on FOUR machines,
(i.e. the one you are using and three others) then you are already in
violation of the EULA.
Home and Student may be installed on THREE machines concurrently and ONLY
three.

I have 3 machines. The program is loaded on 3 machines only. The machine I
am using now (my personal machine) is going to be replaced. I therefore have
it only loaded on 3 machines. To make it easier to understand, my question
is such that when I replace one machine (my personal computer), how can I
reload the program on the new machine, or will I experience problems since
it is 'allowed' on only 3 PC's?

Thank you for your response, by-the-way.

It's allowed on three machines at any one time. You can re-install as many
times as you like as long as it's only on three at once. Uninstall from the
machine you are replacing and install on the new.
The only problem you may encounter is having to use Telephone activation...

You may have to do the telephone activation.
