Depends. Was Office XP OEM (i.e. did it come with the old computer)? If so,
that's it for that licence, I'm afraid - the system dies, the licence dies
too. If it's retail, then just install and activate by phone.

pre-installed on yoru old PC? What version of Office XP are you using? Do
you have the installation CDs? What operating system are you running?
