Reloading Office 2000 on another computer

I have Office 2000 Pro, installed at purchase, on a computer running Windows
98. I'm going to purchase a new computer running Windows XP. Can I reload
Office 2000 Pro on the new computer? I have the disks and authenticity
numbers.

If your copy of Office 2000 Professional came preinstalled on
your old computer by the computer manufacturer, then the software
cannot be transferred to your new computer.

If you purchased a retail-box copy of Office 2000 Professional,
then the End User License Agreement allows you to install the
software on one desktop computer and one laptop computer both
owned by you, and you are allowed to transfer the software from
your old computer to your new computer if you uninstall the
software from your old computer.

To understand your usage rights, you can view the Office 2000
end-user license agreement (EULA) by doing the following:

1. Open Microsoft Office 2000 Word.
2. On the Help menu, click About <product name>.
3. Click View the End-User License Agreement.

I find that my Office 2000 programs do not have the option to view the
EULA under Help | About. The only way I could find to view it was to dig
out the CD and open license.txt. Is this typical for 2000?
