Reloading on New PC. Won't take product key now?

I've bought a new PC. I've reloaded Office Proffesional 2003 on the new PC
with no problem. Once I open any program (word, excel, etc.) it asks for the
product key again. I enter the produt key and it will not accept it. Any
ideas?
I've reloaded the program and tried this many times, so I'm sure I've got
the right informaiton entered.
