When a user submits a tmesheet and has also changed Remaining Work, there is
no way the approver can determine this has occured without looking at the
original assignment before approving. The approver cannot even tell Remaining
Work has been adjusted manually, so it is a fishing expedition.
Suggestion:
Minimalist approach: include an indicator in the Info column of the Approval
view that identifies that Remaining Work was manually adjusted;
Better approach: include a column on the Approval view that identifies the
previous Remaining Work value.
