Using Project Pro 2003 and PWA.
I have four users who have left my project. Unfortunately, they left
without reducing their remaining work to zero for all assignments. I used
their logons/passwords to log onto PWA. I reduced their Remaining Work to
zero for all assignments and submitted their time using the usual procedure.
Upon entering Project Pro to Collaborate, Update Project Progress for these
resources, I expected their Remaining Work to be zero, just as I had
entered/submitted for them (on PWA). However, their Remaining Work is
showing up as being equal to their Work in PWA (not zero).
Did I do something wrong, or not follow the process correctly for reducing
Remaining Work to zero for these resources? I have not approved/rejected the
time yet, so any recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks
