Has anyone integrated Remedy or any other help desk system with Project
Server? Specifically, has anyone coded Project Server to send an alert or
message to the help desk system when a task is created? The help desk system
then creates a ticket for the task. If so, where are these messages created
in SQL? What table in SQL should I be looking at that have the newly created
tasks?
