Remembering Password Outlook 98 in Windows XP

I just installed Outlook 98 on a new computer that
operates on Windows XP. I am unable to get the program
to remeber the password for connecting to my ISP. I have
tried the various settings but still no luck. Does
anybody have any ideas how to fix this.
