remider will not dismiss

I have a reminder that comes up everyday I click dimiss
gives error cannot not dismiss reminder the record has
been deleted so cant go into to fix. No record just
reminder of the record.

Start Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.
Start->Run->outlook.exe /cleanreminders.
