Reminder calendar appointments

I have a user that would like to create an appointment in outlook 2003 and
duplicate the same appointment, same time, same day EXCEPT NOT the reminder.
She would like it to appear on her calendar one week before its time so she
gets a reminder. Is this possible and if so how?
