Reminder for other user

Is there a way for reminders to also display for a user that has access to
another user's calendar. For example if a secretary who has permission to
add and modify appointments on her boss's Outlook Calendar, can the reminders
she sets on his calendar also display at her end?

No. Outlook doesn't support that. There is a 3rd party utility that may
work - see www.slovaktech.com.
