Reminder of Appointment

Everytime I open Outlook, I get a reminder of an appointment that is always
due now, but it doesn't exist on my calendar. I have tried to dismiss the
appointment but it says "Cannot turn off the reminder. Cannot locate
recurrence information for this appointment". I have tried the outlook
/cleanreminders and that didn't seem to work. Do you have any other
suggestions?

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders command switch.
Start>Run (or Start Search)>outlook.exe /cleanreminders
Be sure to include the space between ".exe" and "/".

I have tried this and it didn't seem to help. Is there anything else I can
try? I now have 2 reminder messages when I open Outlook.

I got it fixed. I found some appointments hidden on my blackberry. Thank

Ah. So it wasn't an Outlook problem at all. I'm glad you sorted it.
