Reminder of more than 2 weeks

There are some events/appts (vacations more than 2 weeks
out), that I want to see a reminder 2 or 3 months before,
is this possible for Outlook 2002/XP ?

Sure. Just type the desired value into the Reminder box -- for example,
3 months or 90 days. Sometimes you can even use abbreviations such as
90d for 90 days -- the format will correct itself when you switch to
another field or save the item.
