Reminder problem.

I've got a user that has Outlook 2002 and Exchange 5.5 who doesn't receive
any remiders when they are connected to the network.

When the user isn't connected to the network ie. working offline, the
reminder function works fine.

Anyone got any ideas?

Probably something screwed up the properties that tell Outlook where the
hidden Reminders folder is located in online and in offline modes. It's a
different location in each mode.

You can start Outlook using the /resetfolders startup switch in online mode
and see if that helps.
