We offen use subfolders for tasks or calendar. For example, I have an
equipment that peoples can borrow but it doesn't affect my calendar but I
wan't to have a reminder to deliver them the equipment and I use the calendar
to see if the equipment is available or not. Outlook doesn't offer the
possibility to turn on the reminder for subfolders.
