A user at my work has upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003. Since the upgrade
he has appearing hundreds of reminders which contain outlook contacts as well
as appointments in his calendar? Even after dismissing all of these, when he
closes Outlook down and restarts they appear again.

How can we remove all of these reminders?

What type of account? Cached mode ot not?
