Reminders at startup in Outlook 2000

I have the Office Assistant enabled so that I don't get
multiple reminder windows filling up the screen (and the
taskbar). However, every time I startup Outlook (at
Windows startup), the reminders appear to launch before
the Office Assistant.

Does anybody have any ideas to avoid this issue?

Start Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.

Start->run->outlook.exe /cleanreminders - note the space before the /.
