reminders don't popup nor work

Outlook 2007. Even though I tell it to remind me 30 minutes before scheduled
appointment, I never receive a popup or even a audio alert that it is time.
I have even tried to reset it using this method: start, run, outlook.exe
/resetfolders /cleanreminders. And still not working. Any other
suggestions? Thank you

Yes, suggest you post where this is happening (folder) and if it ever worked, what you did to make it stop working, and whether you have run Office Diagnostics already.
