If outlook is the active screen then the reminders come to the front ok, but
if I am in word or any other application the reminders don't take focus and
are just flashing on the taskbar. I've edited HKCU\Control
Panel\Desktop\ForegroundLockTimeout to 0, other programs steal focus ok, just
not the reminders. Using Outlook XP with SP3. Any suggestions?
